We are able to supply premium, or best available, WPC or WPS wood composite materials for decking or other outdoor uses. These materials are made out of a mixture of plastic and wood, creating a hybrid material. This material is exceptionally beautiful, lasts a long time outdoors, and is easy to use and select. The products can be made (extruded) out of existing tools for “off the shelf” shapes, or made to custom designs that you specify.

The WPC material products are used for flooring, decking, railings, fences, landscaping, windows, doors, outdoor or indoor cladding. They are also used in making door and windows frames. There are also other uses that include foutdoor furniture, and pergolas.

But before we go any further, let’s be clear on what a WPC and a WPS material is.

WPC is an acronym of wood-plastic composite. It’s made of composite materials that take wood fibers as the base material, mixes up with thermoplastic polymers such as HDPE, and some other functional additives. It combines the advantages of wood and plastic, which have elegant nature wood grain texture, high strength, and is easy to install and clean.

Wood plastic Synthetic (WPS) outdoor decking flooring is one kind of Composite decking board for Outdoor. It is also called WPC decking.the Wood plastic Synthetic (WPS) decking has capped decking and uncapped decking. The material of WPC decking is 55% Wood Power+35% high density +10% Additives.

So for our purposes. WPS and WPC are pretty much one and the same. It is a mixture of plastic and wood that is formed into shapes. As such it is very useful in outdoor environments and environments that are exposed to harsh environmental conditions.

Porches

The most useful market for this product is in outdoor porches and other similar venues. It is often used for decking, but it can be used for all elements of a porch or deck. In general, the applications for this material are pretty much one of these configurations…

• Decking (only) the rest of the porch uses traditional materials.
• Decking (only) on an anodized aluminum frame porch.
• Decking and balustrades for a porch.
• Steps and stairways.

There really isn’t anything special or unusual in using WPC or WPS decking compared to natural wood. It is easy to use and doesn’t warp or bend. You do not need to concern yourself with grain direction or warping or moisture content, as you are actually working with wood encapsulated plastic. Installation requires skilled carpentry workers, and as long as due care is maintained, the resulting deck would be very beautiful and noteworthy.

The cross sections of the material can be specified for the application. A WPS or WPC board need not be a complete rectangular cross section like that with natural wood. Instead, you can have hollow cross sections, for lighter loads, and heavily reinforced cross sections for greater loads. This makes the material a effective and economical solution to building concerns.

Railing and Fences

Well, if you can use WPC for decking, what is stopping you from making the rest of the structure out of the material as well? That is true and there are all sorts of variations and styles of WPC extrusions to work with. In many cases it depends on the factory that you use. As some have different extrusion tools from other factories.

Since the plastic can be extruded, it can be formed into just about any shape that you can think of. These shapes need not be “traditional”. Meaning, they need not be exact one-to-one replacements for their wood counterparts. But rather they can be sculpted and altered to fit the uniqueness and “special-ness” of your clients and your customers. Here’s some examples of some common WPC / WPS fencing cross sections…

These forms and profiles can be used in different ways than what would be expected. Sure, you can use them and treat them just like wood. But you can also use them as an overlay over a metal frame. This utilization if not only long lasting, and attractive by sturdy. It might look like wood, but underneath the skin is a robust and formidable superstructure.

Cladding and Panels

WPC cladding boards lend a distinct impression on facades. Highly resistant to fading or dis-coloration, buildings will look new for years, without the hassles of periodic maintenance. Interlocking assembly ensures no water leaks to the building superstructure and hollow core technology for insulation are benefits unavailable in other facade solutions. WPC cladding blends perfectly with other materials in contemporary or futuristic design, unboxing a whole new world of possibilities.

Furniture

A small emerging market is in the area of outdoor furniture. These parts are just what you would expect. For if rails and railing can be made out of WPC or WPS materials, why not outdoor furniture? Normally wooden furniture such as swings, gliders, chairs, chaise lounges, children’s play grounds, and other structures (such as mail boxes) can be easily made out of this material. It’s only limitations are those placed by the imagination of the user.

Pergolas

WPC profiles are the perfect material for pergolas, gazebos and elevation features. The light weight sections replace heavy steel frames or wood which demand periodic maintenance and painting to avoid deterioration from exposure to weather or corrosion. With a wood appearance that requires little maintenance, WPC profiles retain natural wood aesthetics in terrace and garden pergolas, cantilever features, car parks, elevation features of buildings and other applications.
