Well, that was strange
I've been asking for a sign to make a big move in my life. Today is the deadline for the decision about buying a house with some land to get away from the city, and I'm split 50/50 - endless debates with my wife about tradeoffs.
My daughter, who is still learning words, starts to say, "Owl, owl!"
"Yes dear, we'll read you the bird book later, mommy and daddy are having an important talk."
Then we look out the window.
Not exactly a pet, but... this little guy was perched, intently staring at us. I've never in my life seen a wild owl up close, let alone in daytime. (Don't worry, he wasn't injured)
We just looked at each other for a long time. "Something" was transmitted. Then he left.
I feel great about the offer now, and am ready for a new adventure. Life is pretty cool.

There is no doubt that this is a "sign". When you ask for a "sign" in your affirmations you are asking to observe or experience something unusual. Then, if you experience or see something out of the normal, then your "sign" has arrived.
So, yes. You most certainly got that "sign" you asked for.
I collect feathers that blow into my house. But your owl is on a whole different scale. It wasn't a fleeting encounter either. The owl just sat there letting you take pics of it. Pretty much a sign I would say. I am pretty excited for you. LOL
