It's the song that plays when I experience Homecoming/I finally regain full autonomy over myself and my life.
I 100% respect your raising the musical ante with a "self-liberation" anthem! I have MANY of those over the years. hmm This song may not be up your alley in a musical genres BUT from the tid bit of background information you have shared - I think you may like it because it is also about gaining autonomy over his life/soul/power.
Sometimes I entertain the thought of where I would be in life without music to guide, support, inspire me. The thought immediately brings a lump in my throat and tears to eyes. I would be one very grumpy, boring, uninspired human being - that's for sure!
