An acquaintance of mine was obsessively helping others. For me it felt me an intrusion and it irritated me. She clearly was avoiding to address her own shitze. Her service to others was clearly a (dis)service to self ;-).
Actually Mark Passio was a former Satanist. And he explains what the core tenet of Satanism is, just pure STS. Service to Self here has a meaning different from what most people think. And Satanism is not what most people think, it's not about the guy with the horns and tail.
STO in his context leads to slavery of others. Many of his lectures are very long and this one is thankfully short.
the life you life is up to you. STO, or STS, or SFA... it does not matter. What I can tell you is that the sentence sorting mechanism is what is being used to determine the worthiness of parole for the inmates in this "Prison Planet".

No one is going to show you anything. So you are really fucked.
But you know, it really isn't all that bad. Be who you are. Whatever you are. And just live life on YOUR terms, what ever they are. You'll be a happier person for it, that's for certain. And you will be the captain of your life. It seems to be a win-win for you.
