Anyone experiencing intermittent connection issues?

I'm getting connection problems on and off. Is it a good idea to have a backup plan on Telegram?

@meory loss yeah same here. I thought it was just bloatware so I did a reset and it seemed to have fixed it but now its crapping out again.
