An excerpt from Pekingnology. I don't know what was said in the Security Council meeting but this seems to have popped up from the blue.
Ma Zhaoxu said that at the beginning of the New Year, the five nuclear-weapon states - China, Russia, the United States, Britain, and France - jointly issued the Joint Statement on Preventing Nuclear War and Avoiding Arms Races, stressing that a nuclear war cannot be won and must never be fought, and reaffirming that they will not target nuclear weapons at each other or any other State. This is the first time that the leaders of the five states issued a statement on nuclear weapons, reflecting the political will of the five states to prevent nuclear war, and also sending a common voice to maintain global strategic stability and reduce the risk of nuclear conflict.
Ma stressed that China has been actively advocating the concept that "a nuclear war cannot be won and must never be fought", and has played a strong leading role for the five states to take common actions. During the consultation process of the joint statement, China also promoted the inclusion of important elements such as reaffirming not targeting nuclear weapons at each other or any other State, which played an important role in promoting the five states to reach a positive and weighty statement.
Interesting diplomatese. This was the original fear of the Domain. If I squint really really hard at the wording, I can almost see the shadow of MM and his friends at the NSA working together for the good of humanity.

Now you made me look at the article lol. Honestly I didn't expect an article so soon. So it was written in ignorance of it.
And I have a brand new question, very scary. Since I limited myself to cat and species related stuff, maybe someone can ask this question. I swear sometimes the super obvious questions come up from nowhere.
Is China's military doctrine spiritual brothers with the Domain? I mean do they wage actual total war, take no prisoners stuff like Genghis Khan? I mean totally peaceful but when they decide that the world is better without you, then you really better just run.
I see the Domain as really peaceful but perhaps they can be absolutely brutal towards their enemies if there were no possibility of rehab?
- It's something like the white, red, and black tents of Genghis Khan. You only want to see the white tents and surrender. By the time you get to the red tents, all the men would have to die. Black tents, well men, women, and children die. No animal left. Even the stones are gone. You will pray for a kind death when the black tents come up.
- The white tents come up first. There is a short period of time. Refuse the white and the red tents come up. Then your choice is to let the men all do to their deaths. Or face a real Final Solution where everything is destroyed. You do not want the black tents.
I don't know if you can draw the same conclusions as I do. But they scare the heck out of me. I think the Domain is low key trying to tell us something through MM. Our host himself may not even know it so by implication no one in knows.

The Domain's declaration could be akin to the white tent of Genghis Khan for the Domain. You don't fear what you do not know.
I had a VERY STRONG urge, almost like my entire arms and legs were filled with termites to write / pen the following article. Funny that you should mention Genghis Khan.
What I can say is that The Domain is "Yin and Yang". I have been having such strong thoughts about China's military doctrine and the military ruthlessness of Genghis Khan. You do know that the vast bulk of the military sappers under Genghis Khan were from the captured Chinese territories.
I would say that they are being peaceful now. Very, very peaceful. But if the time comes, they unleash Hell on Earth at a level of ferocity that is beyond comprehension.
