Food is being delivered. Systems are in place, but people are stuck where they were when the lockdown happened. For some, it's at home. For other's it's at work. School children were escorted home. Many large factories are locked closed, but people still work inside the gated communities. In the residential sections, yes, it's all locked down, but people go out in the wide open grass lawns and walk paths. They just don't leave the complex.

It's no big deal.

Some people travelling from HK into SZ carried the coronavirus with them. Of course, the HK mess was brought from the West by airplane.
