This Physical Earth
From a detailed reading of Metallicman's MWI and MAJestic sections, it's my understanding that the physical universe is real and solid-- it's how we as human beings interact with and perceive this physical reality-- and particularly in this 'prison sector'-- that is very much controlled and limited to a certain extent. Kinda like how our vision is limited to a certain bandwidth on the spectrum.
Ultimate physical reality was brought into being by IS-BEs waaaay back when; they fought, they amalgamated, they coagulated; and they created this physical universe from an infinite collection of others.... PHYSICAL universe. Arl clearly states this, too-- as does MMan in his classic MWI and MAJESTIC 101 articles.
Now a lot of them are trapped here-- in the PHYSICAL universe. I'm no quantum physicist, but that sounds like a physical environment to me-- if it was all just a hologram (ideas taken as Gospel by the TV generation without any philosophical, scientific, theological/spiritual underpinning whatsoever-- as planned, of course), then surely any IS-BE could easily exit or be exited.
You do martial arts, right? Me too-- and we know that after much practice you can toughen yourself up, focus the Qi Energy, and apply effective force to an external object via, say, your arm or fist that anyone not trained in how to apply and use this force would seriously hurt themselves if they tried the same move. This to me is one proof that 'reality' is real, as well as the soul-garbon interaction with the quantum field that Metallicman also gets deeply into. And many other instances all in the Indexes.
I also have my own insights gleaned over half a lifetime but they're subjective, and tally in with a lot of Metallicman's assertions as to what's really going on wrt the nature of reality.
My only beef is, there are probably thousands of people reading MMan, some of whom are posting their, errrrr,,, theories, and it's crystal clear, so to speak, that they haven't engaged with the original material which gave birth to this whole Forum in the first place. And according to some philosophical viewpoints, that is the very epitome of stupid.

Now then, THAT physical earth... THAT physical Sun... THIS local celestial region... are they ALL [still] "running" on the original designer's program? If so, then these periodic celestial/cosmic [catastrophic] events WILL continue, as they have happened many, many times in the past - to THIS physical Earth.

Well, according to Arl, one of the reasons this planet remains unattractive as a location for long-term civilisation consolidation is the very nature of it's type-- polar shifts; tectonic activity; solar flares, and volcanic/earthquake activity. This is what destroyed the Atlanteans and Lemurians, themselves settlers from another galaxy over 500K years ago. (This checks out with my info from another source.)
I've been lucky enough to have spent time in Africa and East Asia, a good bit of time, and when one settles in and mixes with these folks, as a native Euro, myself, it quickly becomes clear that we in no way 'evolved' from a common ancestor. We really are from vastly different times and civilisations. Intergalactic ones. I can't explain why this seems so to me because it was gut instinct. I just knew it. Say that in a workplace, and you'd be fired in minutes for sounding racist, right? But if 'race' really means that we had our origins in vastly different regions of space, then that word takes on a whole new meaning.
Same with animals, sentient ones, particularly-- to me it's obvious they were all designed and built by vastly superior intelligences and seeded here. And then we learn what Arl says about this, eh? I knew that years ago-- and sensed it, too. It's also because they are just so perfectly designed-- birds and insects, especially. Most folks never get a chance to observe them closely and examine their little bodies close-up. In the past in was put down to God's handiwork-- and in a sense I guess it certainly is. But God had a middleman, I think. A design bureau; And they knew a LOT.
Interestingly, Scientology doctrine teaches that, crudely put, 'souls/thetans' were transferred by the Lord of THIS SECTOR of the galaxy here and dumped near volcanoes. Very troublesome souls, that is. Sound familiar? I'm not a scientologist, but Hubbard had deep connections into the military apparatus up to and during WW2-- he also knew Heinlein, right? In other words, he knew something. And could be the reason why Scientology still thrives despite all attempts to mock them and slur them. And then there's the Tom Cruise rant against psychiatric medicine, which Jerry Marzinsky actually agrees with!
Dianetics is also a fascinating read, and reveals much wisdom-- in terms of the human condition physically, spiritually and mentally-- that directly ties in with Arl's report. This shit just gets curioser and curioser.
But to address your query, yes; I agree that this planet is subject to cyclical destruction on a global scale and is partly the reason why the 'grid' was constructed around it to begin with. And the five other solar systems making up the whole Prison Complex. I'm guessing that the other systems in this region of space might be similar in terms of geophysical make-up to ours. Perfect for a prison with cyclical destruction of the inhabitants in what must be the blink of an eye to an IS-BE. Tens of thousands of years to our understanding-- much evidence remains of prior vast civilisations-- all completely classified at the highest levels. Cremo touches on some aspects of this-- if he went more into it him and his books would disappear very quickly.
A puzzler though is Arl's statement that the ecosphere of Earth is considered valuable, and the rich biosphere, too. Humans are scattered throughout the universe, or rather our physical template is, but perhaps the biodiversity is a unique thing-- and the Domain intend to preserve it, as a priority over us, so to speak. As Metallicman said on a number of occasions, the Domain and other civilisations have the power to take the Earth, place it into the middle of the sun, fry it to a cinder, and start all over again. So surely protecting it against damage from a few psychotic lunatics with the Keys to the Complex wouldn't be all that hard once resources become available; and also protecting it against cyclical disaster if only to protect the biosphere-- if not us, too, although I sense we're less of a priority.

Of course, from my perspective, this shithole should, once again, be wiped clean... NOW.
The Prison Builders are defo not the Creators. Nor I believe is the Domain, but it must have been a group of IS-BEs. They were remote viewed years ago for one of the intelligence agencies, and named The Progenitors. Who apparantly seeded most of this end of the Universe. To me, they sound a lot like The Domain, but given we're dealing with infinite spans of time-- 'trillions of years'-- who can really say.
I have to admit, a total wipe clean of what we inhabit wouldn't fill me with too much dread, either. I actually think it's well overdue and being actively planned for. Whether or not it'll come to pass is another matter given what we now know about The Domain's Agenda.
I've also heard from a source I trust that the movie Prometheus-- not the monster part, but the black, oil-like chemical involved-- is actually based on what was discovered in the South Atlantic (South Georgia) and destroyed by the Brits with a few mini-nukes in the early 80s. Of course, they removed a few samples and God only knows what happened to that. But guys were offed to keep the secret, I do know that. A lot of guys. For all we know it's been added to the 'vaccines', as somebody pointed out elsewhere on the Forum.

Whatever's planned to happen, and by whomever, we'll know soon enough. Look after the cats in the meantime, after we're gone, they'll need all the strength they can muster!
BTW a great book for a glimpse of what's really going on is by Ingo Swann-- Penetration. High weirdness, and meshes into a lot of what MMan has to say and what I know for sure is accurate, myself. It's free online. Doris Lessing's Canopus series for more about what P.L. and D.M. bang on about. And Iain Banks Culture Series, for a great glimpse as to what the Old Empire was probably like in tech and in scope-- energy grids, longevity, genetic manipulation, the works-- it's all in there. He 'died' at 50 something suddenly from an aggressive cancer, which suggests to me that he was putting out stuff a little close to the bone for the Master's liking.

Uh-oh! Am I repeating myself, now?! That's a bad sign. But glad you read Swann-- great stuff; especially the part about chasing E.T. around the grocery store and the gigantic craft that popped into existence and proceeded to steal a few billion cubic litres of fresh water in one fell swoop.
There's also the Moon stuff he viewed, but given the Moon doesn't really exist and is a projection on the Firmament, I'm not quite sure how THAT part was possible, 😂.
