When I was in fifth grade I was (with my elementary class) on a local television show. It was “Captain Kangeroo”. It was out of Pittsburgh, and featured cartoons and kids variety shows. With some occasional wisdom from good ol’ Captain Kangeroo and his side-kick Mr. Green Jeans from time to time.
Here he is with Dolly. She’s well known for her huge smile.
Here they are again. I love the rake. Nice touch.
We sat on bleachers and played some games and sang a song, and that was about it. But to my younger brothers and sisters, I was a movie star. LOL!
Now, I was also in other television shows also.
I was (for a very brief moment) on Soopy Sales television show when he performed a remote show at a local studio in Bridgeport, CT. He asked me to repeat “What wood could a wood chuck chew if it could chuck wood”, or something like that five times without a mistake. I failed and I was off the show.
Soopy.
Yeah. He was wacky.
But for a young kid, he was “the bomb”.
Look at those prices!
And even earlier than that, when I was maybe three years old, I was on Romper Room. Where I wandered off the set and was playing behind the curtains. But you know, what do you expect of the three years old.
I suppose my parents got fame out of my system at an early age.
Don’t you know…
Today, I have a limited viewership on my Paetron. Here’s my latest video for all my MM followers to watch for free. By the time you get this post, I’ll be four months old. LOL.
I think that you all will enjoy it.

Have you ever walked out of a car dealership just before signing a final purchase contract? What happened?
I had just gotten my 100% disabled veteran rating, and because I have an amputation, it qualified me for ballpark $21,000 towards the purchase of a new or used vehicle.
I had a friend that was a car salesman at the local GMC dealer and I wanted a 4×4 truck. I was looking on line at the prices and I knew my limit was $45,000 to stay within my affordable price range. The only 4×4 they had under that price was the Canyon. They had a very beautiful red 4×4 Canyon that was fully loaded with all the extras. This truck had the Bose sound system, full leather, etc… It was decked.
Then I tell him I am using the VA to cover 1/2 of the cost. He looked at me strange, but was willing to go to bat for me. A few days later and a lot of back and fourth with the VA, he was told that it was a real thing and was sent the paperwork to get them paid. I was getting anxious around month3, and told them to just forget it once. He begged me to come back and we can work it out. He said the owner was a nice guy and they offer a discount to local vets once a year, and it nocked 5K off the total price. I was happy with that, but the VA being the VA took a while to get the check in the mail. This was in 2016.
He said they’d hold it for me until the check comes. It took 4 months for that check to come, and right before the VA sent them the money, they called me to ask if I had been given the keys to the truck yet. I said no, and they were holding it till the check comes. She said head there right now, and she’ll call them. By the time I got there, they had detailed it, had a full tank of gas in. It, and nocked another $2.5K off the price and had the interest rate lower than when I first went in. In the end, I financed roughly 15K on a brand new GMC Canyon and my payments were like $250 a month. In total, I think I paid around $32K for it. I loved that truck.
An old man entered the court so that he could complain about his son. The judge asked, what is your complaint against your son.
The old father said, I want to ask my son for monthly expenses according to his status.
The judge said, that is your right, what is the need for a hearing on this. Your son should give you the money every month. The father said that I have no shortage of money, but still I want to take the money from my son every month, even if it is less. The judge was surprised and said to the father, you are so rich, then why do you need money from your son?
The father gave his son’s name and address to the judge and said that if you call my son to the court, you will know a lot of things. When the son came to the court, the judge told him that your father wants to take monthly expenses from you, even if it is less. The son was also surprised to hear the judge’s words. He said that my father is very rich, what is the need for money for him?
The judge said, this is your father’s demand. The father said, Judge sir, tell my son that he will give me 100 rupees every month and that too with his own hands and there will be no delay in paying the money.
The judge said to the old man’s son, that you will give Rs. 100 every month to your father without any delay, this is the court order to you.
After the trial was over, the judge called the old man and asked, if you don’t mind, may I ask you one thing, why did you file this case against your son, you are a very rich man and this is such a small price.
The old man cried and said, Judge Sir, I was longing to see my son’s face. He is so busy with his work that a long time has passed, I have not met him, and neither have I talked to him face to face nor on the phone. I love my son very much. That is why I filed this case against him, so that every month I will be happy to meet and see him. Hearing this, tears came in the eyes of the judge too.
The judge told the old man that if he had told me earlier, he would have punished him for ignoring and not taking care.
The old father looked at the judge with a smile and said, “If you had punished him, it would have been a matter of sorrow for me, because I really love him very much, and I would never want my son to be punished or suffer because of me.”
As a 17 year old Indian, it extremely hurts seeing our neighbors like China having per capita income 5 times more than us. In the last 30 years, they have widely surpassed us. What will you suggest me to do at my age to revert this situation?
Do you know how easy it is for India to rise and how difficult it is for China?
We just survived the massacre and plunder by the Japanese, only to face a civil war that threatened to split our country.
As we were about to end the civil war, the United States told us we could not unify, and we’ve remained divided until today.
We had just founded our nation, and in order to obtain a ticket issued by the Soviet Union for industrialization,
we had to send countless young men to Korea to fight against the first military power that had just won World War II.
After facing suppression from the Soviet Union, we need to pay a blood tax to the United States and fight against Vietnam, which has just defeated America.
We have barely completed preliminary industrialization. To join the international market, we must continue to pay blood taxes to the Americans and confront the first land power, the Soviet Union.
Finally joined the international market in 2001.
However, the attacks and smear campaigns against us have never stopped.
We have never been accepted by the mainstream international community.
The continuous rumors have made us one of the most disliked countries in the world.
Because the success of a country is built on efforts that are just the foundation of foundations.
The rise of a country is bound to conflict with the interests of existing powers. India seems to be completely unprepared to overcome strong opponents. India’s political capabilities are so exceptional that it doesn’t need to struggle as hard as China does for every advancement. However, this also means that India lacks the relentless courage to move forward and often seeks to resolve issues through clever political maneuvers. While India excels in this regard, clever political tactics cannot solve everything.
India is already recognized as a major world power. I’ve observed that most Indians in the past always had very ambitious visions for how much India would achieve in the coming years. It often sounded like the ramblings of daydreams. Very few people, like you, consider what needs to be done right now.
You are so young, and you are completely different from past generations of Indians—almost the opposite. Acknowledging your shortcomings instead of boasting; seeking solutions based on the present rather than promising a vision for many years down the line.
I believe that when your generation of Indians becomes more like you, India will certainly not lag behind China. In fact, it’s possible that you might even surpass America first!

Can I sue my neighbor for BBQing meat despite me repeatedly telling him I’m vegan?
Do you know why vegans get such a bad rap?
For the same reason that evangelicals and pro-lifers do.
It does not matter whether you’re evangelical, pro-life, or vegan for health reasons, philosophical reasons, religious reasons, ecological and/or cruelty-free reasons. You have the right to live your life as you choose and hold whatever beliefs you wish.
That doesn’t mean you have the right to impose your beliefs on anyone else, or expect anyone else to live up to the standards you have set for yourself.
The fact that you are evangelical does not obligate me to attend church services or mean that I cannot piss on your Bible if I choose. The fact that you are pro-life does not obligate me to be celibate or mean that I cannot get as many abortions as I deem necessary. The fact that you are vegan does not obligate me to restrict myself to salad in your presence or mean that I cannot barbecue meat in my own backyard.
The fact that you are evangelical does not require me to listen to your preaching if I don’t want to. The fact that you are pro-life doesn’t mean I should have to bear my rapist’s child if I don’t want to. That fact that you are vegan doesn’t mean I have need to be subjected to your lectures on the carbon footprint of cows if I don’t want to.
In short, the reason why evangelicals, pro-lifers and vegans get such a bad rap is because they can’t shut the fuck up. Do what’s right for you, and leave me the fuck alone. I don’t need your lectures or your smug superiority or your judgment. I respect your right to hold your beliefs; I expect that my beliefs are similarly respected, even if they don’t agree with yours.
Go ahead, sue me for barbecuing. If paying a lawyer to take us to court so a judge can laugh his ass off at you is the way you choose to spend your money, you go right ahead. And be prepared to cough up some more paying me to settle my harassment suit.
I’m barbecuing in my own backyard and you don’t like it? Too fucking bad; go drink you some soy milk and shut up. You offend me.

edit: lol, I’m getting an awful lot of upvotes despite the fact that I’m not accepting abuse from those who offend me and those who don’t know how to shut the fuck up. I accept every upvote knowing that you would like to also comment and I’m grateful to you. Thank you so much, Quorans.
What did you do when an aggressive driver got out of their car and wanted to fight?
It was during an accident when I was in my early 30s.
I was stopped, waiting for the opposite lane to open, so I could turn left through it (American…we drive on the right). The guy behind me did the same, since he needed that turn as well. The little old lady (maybe too old…) behind us came racing up the hill, around the corner…and straight into him without slowing. The police estimated she was doing at least 45 in a 30 zone in the rain…oh, and it’s just above a school crossing, which was active, so she sped through that zone. Luckily, my husband was with my toddler at home, so I didn’t have any of the kids in the car when the accident happened, which was probably the only good thing about it. Back to the subject…
It was a rainy day, and she pushed the guy behind me into me, so his car (which was brand new…he’d picked it up from the dealer three days before) slid on the wet roads and got crunched, front and rear. My rear was pretty smashed up, since his car was much bigger and heavier than mine was.
He got out of his vehicle, saw the damage, and lost his mind. He came up to my window and started screaming at me to get out of the car, his fists balled and his face a vivid red. I said something to the effect of “Not a chance.” and double checked my door locks.
He stormed away, pulling out his cell phone. I can only ASSUME his wife talked sense into him and reminded him that I was the only one who was safe from fault in the accident. A few minutes later, he came back to my window with a sincere apology. I was so upset, I burst into tears, which isn’t like me at all. I told him his apology was accepted and he asked if I needed anything. Since I didn’t have a cell phone, I asked if I could use his to let my husband know what happened, and he obliged.
Everything went smoothly after that. My husband showed up in the other car with the baby and made sure I was okay to drive. I told the officers that the guy in the middle car was stopped a respectable distance from me, but with the wet roads, there was no way for him NOT to hit me after he was hit. The police agreed and put legal blame for damage to both cars on the woman who hit him from behind.
In the end, he was a nice guy, but like me, he was having a really BAD morning.
What is the craziest thing you’ve had to do as a business owner to get someone to pay a bill?
Many years ago, I owned an auto repair facility and gas station. A customer brought his car in for repair which, after completion (if I remember correctly), the bill was about a thousand dollars. He authorized that amount. He was called to pick up the vehicle after the repairs but never showed.
We usually park as many cars as possible inside the shop for protection but since he was coming down we left it outside (we had a night cashier for gas purchases and late vehicle pick-up in the evening after the shop closed). Well, this customer did come down with his spare keys and took it home but without paying. At first, we suspected it may have been stolen and tried to contact the owner but got no answer.
He never showed and that triggered an alert. Later (on the second day), I drove by his house and saw the car in the driveway. He’d stolen his own car. The law then was that I could not charge him with stealing his own car or for the repairs. In a previous situation, the police had told me it is was a civil matter and to take him to court. I then decided that since he could take his own car, I could also take it back as we still had the keys in the service area.
The next day, late at night, I went back to his house with the keys and took the car back to the shop. Then, in the morning, I got a call from him claiming we’d stolen his car and he was calling the police. Naturally, I denied taking the car and instead said no, your vehicle is still in our shop waiting for you to come down and pay for it. It has been here the whole time- ever since the repairs were completed. I also stated that if he wanted to call the cops, that would be fine but that my position would be that the vehicle has been here the whole time, along with your bill and keys, how about that? Do you really want to tell the police you took your car out of here to avoid paying for the repairs? That is theft of merchant’s goods. He decided he would just come down and pay for it.
Abandoned model train layout discovered in an abandoned house
This is a really interesting setup, designed to run the maximum number of trains simultaneously, creating a real sonic chaos…
The old man seems to have managed the power supply of his trains using dimmers connected directly to the house’s electricity. The connections seem a bit improvised, but it seems that he was able to run between 15 and 20 different trains simultaneously, maybe even more. All those trains are equipped with small motors, which produce the characteristic smell of O3. And the three-rail model railway community appreciates the oil smoke that comes out of their trains.
So, among the distinctive noise of toy trains, you can see blue flashes of alternating electricity shooting between the wheels and the rails, as if they were miniature lightning machine guns. Meanwhile, amidst all the chaos, there is the old man’s cigar smoke and the smoke from over 20 trains, the smell of ozone is so pervasive in the basement that one could almost imagine that even the towels smell like his trains. His work here is done.
Which country do you think will be the next superpower in the world? I think it’s China.
China is already the next superpower. It is economically more powerful than the United States. It is technologically more advanced than the United States. It is militarily more powerful than the United States with the largest army, the largest navy, a vast fleet of stealth fighters, and a vast rocket force (including hypersonic missiles), not to mention highly advanced electronic warfare tech.
What is something most people don’t know about Africa?
That Africa is in no way the same as it is portrayed in the media.
I have seen so many movies where a person says they are going to Africa to help poverty or orphans or something. When they get there, this is how they make it seem.
And while I love the fact that Africa has such a vast amount of animals and has such beautiful terrains, not all of it is jungle.
My brother has literally been asked by a girl if he rides lions as a legitimate question. No trace of sarcasm on their face. It’s that bad. (We don’t by the way, we’ve never even seen a lion before)
Take Nigeria for instance, Nigeria has been so urbanized that I, who’s lived there for a long time, have literally never seen a giraffe, elephant or rhino, all of which are depicted in that photo.
Believe it or not, Africa does have quite a lot of cities, Cape Town, Lagos, Cairo, all of these places have beautiful architecture and creations. So you can’t actually tell me that Africa is all jungle and forest.
And then the stereotype that all Africans are poor and dumb.
It is true that a lot of Africans are poverty stricken, but some of that poverty in quite a few countries, is caused by corruption.
The leaders thus take the money for themselves and fellow politicians, leaving none for the citizens. That creates a wide gap between the poor and the rich. So therefore, those who are rich are extremely rich, and those who are poor are extremely poor.
In some countries that is not the case, and poverty is due to the environment (they have really bad droughts at times, causing there to be no food), or outbreaks of violence and war. It’s true that some countries in Africa have it very bad.
But in spite of that, we do have resources. The richest African man currently is Aliko Dangote, a Nigerian. He has a net worth of 12.7 billion dollars. That is far more than Donald Trump’s Net worth of 3.2 Billion dollars, not nearly as much as Bill Gate’s 90 billion, but still enough to top charts.
The misconception that we are all stupid fazes me completely. Race doesn’t equate to IQ.
Take Ufot Ekong for example, he solved a 30 year old math equation.
He also received the highest grades at a university in Japan in 50 years.
The only reasons not as many Africans are listed as smart, is because many don’t get the opportunity. When the slave trade began, African development was greatly stunted. That stunt still affects us today.
Well I hope I answered your question! :p
“The ENTIRE System Is On The Brink Of COLLAPSE…” – Marc Faber
How was Admiral Yamamoto so accurate at predicting the events of WWII (“awaken sleeping giant”)?
One thing that made Yamamoto different from the other Japanese flag officers was that unlike them, he was familiar with the Americans on a personal level. He studied at Harvard University and was fluent at speaking English. While in America, he traveled extensively, and taught himself American culture and customs.
Yamamoto with Americans
This made him unique among the higher ranking Japanese, because he understood and respected the Americans, and was well aware of what they were capable of(as demonstrated in the war). He opposed Japanese plans of war against the Americans, because of these reasons. He knew that the Japanese simply were unable to win against the Americans, especially in a protracted war.
This is the context behind his quote:
In the first 6 to 12 months of a war with the United States and Great Britain, I will run wild and win victory upon victory. But then, if the war continues after that, I have no expectation of success
Yamamoto was accurate at predicting the events of WW2 because he knew the Americans well, and was aware of their capabilities. Due to this, he wasn’t possessed by the often blind arrogance that other Japanese Generals displayed. Furthermore, due to his past experiences in the Navy(he fought at the Battle of Tsushima against the Russians), he was much more accomplished and capable and could make incredibly exact predictions, based on those past experiences.
He wasn’t wrong when he stated his quote. It was so prophetic it hurt.
THREE YOUNG MEN
Three young men from wealthy San Francisco Bay Area families, Frederick Woods who had more than $100 million trust fund in his name, and two of his friends, James and Richard Schoenfeld, were in dire need of quick money and they decided that ki*dnapping children was the easiest way.
“We needed multiple victims to get multiple millions and we picked children because children are precious. The state would be willing to pay ransom for them. And they don’t fight back…” they said.
They forced them into their modified soundproof van and drove to the California Rock and Gravel quarry where they forced them to climb down a ladder into an underground bunker. Once they were inside they closed the opening with a heavy metal sheet, and weighted it with 200-pound industrial batteries, and then buried the opening.
The following day telephone lines to the police department were jammed making it impossible for the ki*dnappers to request the $5 million (worth $27.6 million today) ransom they had intended. They were already very tired, so they decided to sleep and call back later.
However, when they wake up in the evening, they were bewildered when they saw on television that the children and their driver had escaped.
The driver, Frank Edward “Ed” Ray worked with the children and they managed to open the hatch and made their escape after 16 hours of captivity.
The children were well compensated from Frederick Woods trust fund while the driver was also honored. In 2015, Chowchilla renamed the Sports & Leisure Park as the Edward Ray Park, and declared every February 26—Ray’s birthdate—”Edward Ray Day”
RUSSIAN air defense to IRAN panics Biden White House
Did Jiang Zemin really cause mass corruption in China and ceded lands to Russia for political power and covered this up?
What Political Power?
This is China
There is one party
There is one Supreme Leader
Once you become a supreme leader, you resign whenever you want and no matter what title others hold- You are the one in charge
Did Jiang cede lands to Russia?
Sure
Yet Jiang didn’t lose those lands to Russia
They weren lost centuries ago by the Qing Dynasty
All that Jiang did was to practically decide, there was no point claiming lands that had never been regarded Chinese for at least 1–2 centuries and acknowledge the Russian stamp on them
In doing so, he received a boatload of Soviet Technology that formed the crux of Chinas weapon development program over the past 3 decades
In doing so, he signed the first Mutual Arctic exploration pact and got precious minerals to China at half the price
Was there mass corruption during Jiangs time?
Yes
Chinas worst corruption began in 1996 and peaked in 2010
Jiang was personally not corrupt but for all his brilliance between 1990 and 1997, he was unusually silent about corruption in China in the late 1990s
Hu Jintao was too preoccupied with Urban Development
You needed a great leader like Xi Jinping to reverse the tide which he has done beautifully
However the Russian Treaties weren’t due to corruption
It was because China didn’t really think much of their northern lands and didn’t want to have disputes with the Russians for another 50 years or 100 years
What are the benefits of being a British colony compared to a Chinese one, as seen in Hong Kong and Macau today?
Macau was a Portuguese colony not British. They were here for 400 years. Asia’s first and last colony.
In the 1960s Portugal wanted to give it back to China. China refused and it was technically a Chinese territory under temporary Portuguese administration.
I moved to Macau in 1983 and never left.
The Portuguese were here to make money. Collect taxes and send back to Portugal.
Did not invest in schools, infrastructure or public welfare.
The government services were a joke. To get a visa, it was a nightmare. You arrive at 9;00 am and greeted by an unruly mob. The commander came in around 10:30 for his coffee and cigarette. Around 12:00 he would decide to do some work before his 2 hour lunch. So everyone in the office scrambled to get things done in an hour.
You would to told to come back on a certain date. When you came back, they gave another date. One time I went and there was a sign saying it was a Christmas party, come next week.
Same for getting your Macau ID. Come two or three times. Nowadays you are given a date and time to pickup. It is a 7 minute window and if you are late, you need to make an appointment.
All government documents had to be submitted on official blue paper. They made money selling that paper.
The civil service was given lifetime contracts. You couldn’t be fired. So it was very inept and incompetent. Now government departments follow ISO protocols and are very efficient.
So I don’t think we want to go back to being a Portuguese colony.
Bad Company – Deal With The Preacher live
What is the nastiest thing you’ve done for revenge?
Not sure if this was nasty but it was my husband’s idea and it worked.
We had a new computer in the house, with printer, scanner, modem, the works. We were ever so proud to learn Windows, email, communicate with family, relatives far and wide across the planet. It was just one of the greatest things that could happen to us in the mid-1990s.
The printer had a photo copier, scanner and fax. We didn’t use the fax much except when asked to send a copy of a medical document somewhere for insurance purposes f ex. Otherwise we only used email.
We used a separate phone number for fax. We could have used the same number as the home phone for fax use but that involved remembering to flip a switch on a converter to Fax from Phone. So we sprang for a separate line number so we didn’t need to bother with that. And, as already mentioned, the times we used the fax were far and few in between. The extra line alternated as a phone line should we need to be on the phone at the same time so it was well worth it we thought.
Imagine my surprise one day when I return from work and the fax function on the printer is pinging loudly, non stop!
My sweet Dobe was hiding in the bathtub at the opposite end of the house to get away from it, poor thing. My husband had stepped out shopping but was returning shortly.
The stack of printing paper is used up, papers spilling over the tray onto the floor, lots of them, all identical. I pick up one to see what it is about.
Back in those days it was common for restaurants to send faxes with menus and specials to their loyal customers. If you had ever entered a prize drawing for a pizza or a group Special in a local restaurant they had your phone number. Which, per above, some people also used for fax.
I didn’t recall that we had left our Fax number with any restaurant and these faxes were not from one.
They were from a company with an address in a business office park near us with warehouses, small manufacturing, printing shops, importers, etc. The company sold imported jeans, sport clothes.
The faxes had offers of jeans at wholesale special prices, limited time only. Answer requested by return fax or the offer would expire the ad insisted.
Apparently the faxes were sent within short intervals since no answer was received (from us), thus the big pile of paper generated.
On the fax there was a phone number that I called. It was by now late evening so the business had closed and an answering machine asked to call back during business hours with no option to leave a message for callback.
My husband pulled the modem connection to the fax machine while we figured out what else we could do. Someone had apparently misdialed a number and got our fax instead of the one intended. My husband then got an idea.
Together we drafted a reply to the offer of bargain-priced jeans, accepting the promoted price and ordered 10,000 pairs to be shipped to [then] USSR.
We stipulated that we would pay by bank draft and to CALL us on the phone for details, adding our real phone number for local contact. We then reconnected the fax line and sent the reply fax. We quickly disconnected it again after the fax was shown as Sent, and went to bed.
At approx 6:00 a.m. our phone rang and it was the jeans sales company. They told us that the order was so large that it could not be filled all at once but was the Russian buyer willing to accept partial deliveries?
My husband then asked the caller how they got our fax number. He was told that the information came from a “reliable source”. He was asked to check it. He came back and admitted that the number they had used was one digit off but that the person who was sending the faxes had changed it intentionally.
Why? It turned out that the fax number that should have been used ended in -00 which often is a business number but since it was constantly sounding busy, the fax operator took it upon himself to make it -01 at the end instead, assuming it was the next number on the business console.
It was not, it was our fax number and not a “next” number to our telephone number.
The 10,000 pairs of jeans order was of course cancelled and the caller apologized and immediately went about correcting their fax numbers info and the fax operator who thought himself so clever. We did not receive any more faxes from them.
However, as I was about to put the 200 or so fax copies in the trash my husband looked at them and said, Don’t. I have an idea..
A few days later he told me that he drove by their business in the business park, brought in the pack of their ad faxes with a note attached with the exact number of pages, and asked to see the office manager.
When I came home from work that day my husband proudly showed me a fresh ream of paper, courtesy the office manager of that company. And a pair of jeans in my size! Courtesy the business owner.
From then on we never connected the fax line to the modem unless we were either expecting a fax or sending one. That way we did not risk getting any more accidental faxes, nor any pizza offers!

BRICS Confirms 159 Participants Will Adopt New Global Payment System; Isolating U.S. Dollar
After recent rumblings surfaced of how many nations would embrace the impending BRICS Pay system, the bloc has confirmed 159 participants are set to adopt the new payment system.
Indeed, the economic alliance system is poised to hit the ground running when it finally launches.
Now, all eyes are on when that launch will take place. Many have surmised that it would be announced at the highly anticipated 2024 Summit. Moreover, it would be set to go live in what would be a groundbreaking unveiling. If that were to happen, the bloc has already noted there is a long line of entities ready to embrace it.
Earlier this year, the BRICS bloc announced the creation of a blockchain-based payment platform. It would redefine the collective’s global economic standing. Moreover, it would compete with some of the largest payment systems worldwide. That includes the Western-dominated SWIFT system.
Now, the BRICS group confirmed that 159 participants will adopt the new payment system. Indeed, Russian officials verified the number in a recent correction, according to a Yahoo report. Although previous statements rumored 160 countries would be involved, the number was clarified in subsequent reports.
The payment system is crucial to the bloc’s ongoing de-dollarization efforts. It will provide participating countries with an avenue to trade in local currencies. Therefore, it will greatly enhance how these nations settle trade; ultimately, decreasing international necessity for the U.S. greenback.
WHY THE EXODUS FROM THE DOLLAR?
Russian President Vladimir Putin yesterday, said this on the de-dollarization of the world economy: ”
The financial and political authorities of the United States are pushing this process forward with their not just careless, but unprofessional and stupid actions.
I think that they already understand that they made a mistake, but they simply cannot get out of this rut, it is probably no longer very convenient for them to admit that they made a mistake, but it would be necessary to correct something, they see that the tools they are using do not work.
We are switching to national currencies and that’s it. They (American officials) can no longer do this, apparently, only those people who will replace today’s generation of politicians can do this. To change something means to admit your mistakes. Apparently, this is difficult.”
United States to attack Russia
Can you explain the differences between a DF-21 missile system and an SSC-X-9 Skyfall (also known as Zircon)?
The difference is about 3,800 mph. And the difference in range is about 900 miles.
The Zircon is a Mach 8 cruise missile with terminal velocity of Mach 5. It has a range in a flat trajectory of 300 miles and 400 miles if in a somewhat ballistic trajectory.
The DF-21 has a range of 1,200 miles land launched version and 900 miles ship launched version. It is a ballistic with a flat trajectory at the top. So a sort of truncated cone trajectory.
The Zircon has to slow down to Mach 6 or 7 to make the plasma sheath disappear so it can use the onboard radar. The Zircon was tested in 2020 and hit a ship in Barents Sea. It cruise speed was Mach 7.
The DF-21 is cruise at Mach 6 and terminal speed is Mach 10. The Chinese ASBM can see through the plasma sheath with the onboard radar using some crazy new technology that the Chinese invented. Currently, Russia and the US is trying to figure out how they did it.
China demonstrated this by hitting a moving ship in the SCS in 2023, I think. It might be 2022. Anyway, they fired 2 DF-21 and 2 DF-26 from different locations and hit the ship with the US watching from satellite and spy plane.
Both have GPS guidance to the area of their target. Then they turn on their radar.
I don’t know about the Zircon as the Russians haven’t said anything. The DF-21 can evade incoming missiles and the warhead is also an upper stage of a 2 stage rocket. That turns on in terminal phase and boosts the missile to Mach 10.
The Zircon will be very very hard to hit. The DF-21 will be almost impossible to hit as it maneuvers during terminal phase to evade enemy fire.

Reflections… Sad Reality
At the end of a cold afternoon, I received an unexpected visit from my two sons; one is a doctor, the other an engineer, both successful in their professions. Less than a week ago, I lost my beloved wife. I still feel devastated by this loss that changed the course and meaning of my life.
Sitting at the table in the living room of my simple and modest house, where I now live alone, we began to talk about my future. A chill runs down my spine. Soon, they are trying to convince me that the best thing for me is to live in a nursing home.
I react. I argue that the shadow of loneliness does not scare me, and old age even less, but my sons insist, “concerned”. They lament that the rooms in their spacious apartments by the sea are occupied and therefore, I cannot stay with either one, according to them.
Moreover, my sons and daughters-in-law are very busy, so they would not have time to see me. Not to mention my grandchildren, who study almost all day; it is impossible. On my behalf, I argue, already without much conviction, that they could help me pay for a caregiver. In front of me, the doctor and the engineer say that it would actually require “three caregivers in three shifts, all with contracts”. Which would be, in times of crisis, a small fortune at the end of each month.
I refuse to accept the proposal to live in a nursing home. And here comes another suggestion: they tell me I should sell the house. The money will serve to cover the expenses of the home where I will go for a long time so that no one will worry, neither they nor I.
I give in to the arguments for not having the strength to face such ingratitude and coldness. I close my lips and do not speak of the sacrifices I made throughout my life to finance their studies. I do not say that I gave up traveling with the family, going to good restaurants, going to the theater, or changing cars so that they would lack nothing. It would not be worth mentioning such facts at this point in the conversation. So, without saying a word, I decide to gather my belongings. In a short time, I see a whole life summed up in two suitcases. With them, I embark on another reality, much harsher: a nursing home, far from my children and grandchildren.
Today, in the arms of loneliness, I recognize that I was able to teach moral values to my children, but I could not impart to either of them a virtue called gratitude. The fault is ours, as we always give them what they ask for when we should teach them that they must “earn it”.
How? By working hard, helping to clean the house, cook, wash dishes, etc. Feeling part of the family unit, developing empathy, making them feel loved and respected. So, in their adult stage, they will know how to value and learn that things are achieved with effort and responsibility, showing gratitude and love to their parents for having taught them to be good children.
Gratitude must be forged; it does not come included in the human heart unless love and fear of God have been instilled first. They must know that when they become “old”, they will want to be well treated by their children and grandchildren, and that is not achieved with money, but with the kindness sown in their hearts.
Let’s educate our children in values, without forgetting to forge bonds of love.
Interned in the Auschwitz concentration camp in May 1941, he was immediately put to work and, due to his mild and helpful temperament towards the other prisoners, beaten several times. Despite the prohibitions, he even managed to celebrate a couple of masses before the end of July of the same year.
In that month, in fact, the escape of one of the prisoners caused a reprisal by the camp guards, who selected ten innocents from the fugitive’s hut, to let them die in the hunger bunker.
When one of them burst into tears, saying he had a family at home waiting for him, surprisingly, Father Kolbe stepped out of line and volunteered to take his place. The guards, unexpectedly, accepted this gesture of mercy and took Kolbe to the bunker with the other prisoners.
After two hellish weeks without food or water, most of the victims were already dead, but Kolbe and four other men resisted, praying and singing.
To clear the bunker for other prisoners, the SS finally had to kill these last survivors with an injection of carbolic acid.
A witness reported Father Kolbe’s last words to his executioner: “…hatred is useless. Only love creates!”.
The prisoner for whom Father Kolbe had sacrificed himself managed to return alive to his wife, but not to his two children, victims of a Russian bombing.
U.S. and UK Officially APPROVE Long-Range Attacks into Pre-War Russia
US Secretary of State Blinken & UK Foreign Secretary David Lammy, will travel to Kyiv to inform Ukraine that restrictions on use of long-range missiles against Russian territory will be lifted.
Initially, this will mean that American-supplied ATACMS (Advanced Tactical Missile System) along with British-supplied “StormShadow” missiles, and French-supplied “SCALP” missiles, can now be used to attack deep inside pre-war Russia.
HAL TURNER ANALYSIS
How much longer can any reasonable person expect Russia, to sit back and allow itself to be attacked with American, British, French, and German weaponry, fired by Ukraine?
In the real world, if persons “A” and “b” give a weapon to person “C,” and person “C” goes out and uses that weapon to commit an act of violence . . . and gets arrested . . . . they then ask Person “C” “Where did you get this weapon?” When person “C” tells them, the very NEXT people to get arrested are persons “A” and “B.”
There __is__ liability and culpability for what the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, and NATO member countries, are doing. They are accessories before the fact.
If it weren’t for the fact that the US and NATO breached the promise made by President George H.W. Bush (the father) . . . who promised Mikhail Gorbachev that “NATO will not move one inch eastward” if the then-Soviet Union approved of the reunification of East and West Germany, none of this trouble would be happening.
WE PROMISED the Soviets we would not expand NATO. Bill Clinton got into the US Presidency, and the Presidential promise to the Soviets went out the window.
We not only expanded NATO more than one inch eastward, we expanded it right up to Russia’s BORDER!
When the US/EU and NATO tried to get Ukraine to join NATO, back in 2013 and 2014, Ukraine’s Democratically-elected President, Viktor Yanukovich said “Thanks, but no thanks.” So the US — under Barack Obama — the EU, and NATO fomented, financed, and facilitated the forcible, violent overthrow of Yanukovich.
It was THEN . . . . right then . . . . that Russia realized the expansion of NATO was going to put American missiles on Ukrainian soil – and do it by overthrowing Ukraine’s President! ! ! !. Those missiles would have a five minute flight time to Moscow.
Russia also pointed out that even if, as the Americans claimed, the missiles were “conventional” and “defensive” that they could also be re-fitted with OFFENSIVE and NUCLEAR warheads. The refit could be done while the missiles were in their launcher, and no one would know the missiles had been swapped-out.
Russia could then find itself on the wrong end of nuclear bombs with a five minute flight time to Moscow, and a slightly longer 7-10 minute flight time to Russia’s strategic nuclear missile silos.
Russia pointed out that no nation on earth can defend itself against a missile with a five minute flight time from launch to impact.
Russia pointed out that it was US President John F. Kennedy, who set the precedent for this, when he imposed a naval blockade of Cuba because the then-Soviets, had place nuclear missiles in Cuba with a five minute flight time to Washington DC. (Cuban Missile Crisis.)
Had the Soviets not agreed to remove those missiles, President Kennedy was already massing troops in Florida to invade Cuba.
Russia tried, at least TWICE, to negotiate “iron-clad, legally enforceable security guarantees” via Diplomatic efforts in December 2021 and January 2022 to protect their national security from NATO expansion and more missiles. The collective West laughed and told Russia “No.” So the second attempt, Russia told everyone “If we cannot obtain iron-clad, legally enforceable security guarantees via Diplomatic means, we will obtain them by military or military-technical means.” They told everyone — in writing — they would use military force.
The collective West waited about two weeks and then laughed at the Russians again, and told them “no.”
Russia made clear this issue is a “Red Line” and they would not allow Ukraine to Join NATO.
In its final effort to keep the peace, Russia called Ukraine and told them “You have five hours to agree not to join NATO.” Ukraine called the US and UK, both of whom told them “ignore the Russian ultimatum.”
Russia waited. When the five hours were up, Russia waited two additional hours and, having heard nothing but Ukraine earlier say “We are a Sovereign country, we will do what we want, Russia said “Oh yea? Here. Meet the Russian Army.
In went the Russian troops.
The West then turns around and screeches like girl-men “This is an unprovoked aggression by Russia.” No it isn’t. It was provoked. Provoked by the expansion of NATO. Provoked by the forcible overthrow of Ukraine’s President Yanukovich. Provoked by the Ukraine Army shelling and mortaring Russian-speaking civilians in Luhansk and Donetsk.
Russia is DEFENDING its own national security by forcibly halting this expansion of NATO; done by the forcible overthrow of Ukraine’s government by the US and EU. Russia is defending itself from American missiles being on Ukrainian soil.
Russia is defending the Russian-speaking populations of Luhansk, Donetsk Kherson, and Zaporozyhe – many of whom were already being attacked by Ukraine artillery and mortars. In fact, Luhansk and Donetsk, had already lost about 13,000 people to Ukrainian attacks, before Russia stepped-in to help them fight off the Ukrainians in 2013 and 2014.
Russia is right in what it’s doing.
If Russia gives-in, NATO will simply continue to expand until all of Russia is surrounded. Then, one day, NATO calls and says something like, you have five minutes to surrender or we will wipe your country from the face of the earth and take all its riches. At that point, it would be too late for Russia.
Russia had to take a stand, now. They had no choice.
We in the West are the aggressors here. It is we in the West who moved our NATO bases right up to Russia’s border. It is we in the West aiming more and more missiles at Russia from all those bases. And it is we in the West who have been using Ukraine, as a Proxy army, to attack Russia for OUR (NATO) benefit.
If Russia decides they have had enough of us, it is WE (here in America) that may be hit by their missiles. All because NATO wants to expand.
I say, No thanks, NATO. You don’t need to expand anymore.

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken and British foreign Secretary David Lammy arrived in Kiev for meetings with Ukrainian officials at a critical juncture in Ukraine’s war with Russia.
Based on reports out yesterday, both men will tell Kiev they may now utilize weapons supplied by the US and UK to attack pre-war, interior Russia.
That claim was further confirmed by U.S. House of Representatives, Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Michael McCaul, who has now publicly said said “I talked to Blinken two days ago, and he is traveling with his counterpart from the UK, to Kiev, to basically tell them that they will allow them [to hit Russia with ATACMS.]”
Russia has ardently warned over the past ten days, that if the West allows Ukraine to begin attacking deep inside Russia with Western-supplied weapons, “it will affect both sides of the Atlantic.”

I was woken up by a loud guttural howl, almost resembling a wolf. The sound was so petrifying that it roused me instantly. The howl is a thing of nightmares, chilling me down to the bone.
When I peered out of the window of my hut, I heard another howl. It was a few kilometers away, closer than the first one.
Since arriving in Okron, the team has encountered a few mammals. The mammals resembled rabbits, squirrels, and medium-sized deer. Whatever is making that howling noise has to be the apex predator that hunts those animals.
Hopefully, it’ll stay away.

Our agricultural engineer, Manuel Escobar, has gone missing. Every morning, he goes out early to check on the crops. Usually, he returns by noon, but he didn’t. We set out a search party when it reached four o’clock but were unsuccessful. By the time the sun went down, we had no choice but to surrender for the night and try again tomorrow.
As I write this, I hear the same howling from the night before. The howls are coming from the mountain ridges that surround us. If Manuel is somewhere out there, he might not have a chance.
Journal Entry 11: October 3rd, 2132
We found Manuel.
The man’s body was placed right outside the complex. Manuel’s body had been torn limb from limb and put in a pile with the man’s head on top. A permanent look of fear was on the man’s face.
Our resident doctor, Eliza Randall, told us that Manuel was still alive when the dismembering took place. Also, animals were the ones to do the deed.
Val Lewis, our xeno-biologist, observed the injuries and surmised that the animal had three-inch claws with five-inch fangs. Whatever predator killed Manuel was able to cut through his flesh like butter. The worst part was Val and Eliza saw that Manuel’s heart had been ripped out while he was still alive.
Dex Reginald, our security specialist, put us all on lockdown. No one could go outside without another team member. Everyone has to be armed.
My command was no longer worth anything as Dex took charge.
Journal Entry 14: October 5th, 2132
The animals killed Dex last night.
The scariest part was that security sensors and motion-detected weapons surrounded him in his hut. Somehow, the animals snuck onto the compound and killed Dex. The former marine was slaughtered just like Manuel.
Dex was torn into pieces and left on his bed.
I was the one to find him. I don’t know how I didn’t vomit.
Journal Entry 15: October 8th, 2132
After reviewing the security footage, we were horrified by what we discovered. These animals aren’t animals. They’re some kind of organized clan of anthropomorphic creatures. They are covered in coarse fur and resemble werewolves but with prehensile tails.
Val is enthralled by the aspect of these animals that we deem Okronites, the indigenous people of Okron. The woman believes if we show that we mean no harm, we can develop a truce with the Okronites. Maybe start the first interspecies relationship with another alien species.
I didn’t want to risk our lives, but it was the only idea we had. So, the next day, we attempted to make contact.
We’ve tried communicating with the Okronites, but they can only speak in growls and chuffs, much like dogs. Val used her brief knowledge to try to show that there was no danger, but it failed.
The Okronites see us as trespassers and want us gone.
Journal Entry 17: October 11th, 2132
Our exploration team of ten has gone down to three. It’s just me, Val, and Eliza. We had to hole ourselves in the Virulent as the Okronites destroyed our makeshift home. Initially, we planned to fly out of here but discovered that the Okronites managed to ruin our fuel cells.
We’re dead in the water on this hostile planet.
Thankfully, we were able to send out a distress signal. Hopefully, we’ll be able to survive out here long enough to help to arrive.
We can hear the Okronites outside. The hostile natives make frighteningly human growling noises and calls. Sometimes, they mimic the voices of our friends. They are trying to trick us into coming outside.
Val keeps trying to convince us to try and find a way to make peace with the creature. She believes they are worth studying and wants to know more about them. (Eliza and I harshly decided to use extreme measures if Val tries to risk our lives.)
Journal Entry 18, October 12th, 2132
Val and Eliza are gone. I wasn’t there to witness the attack, but I saw on the security feed that Val had opened the doors for them. She attempted to talk to them but was killed instantly.
I holed myself up in the commanding deck. I have suffered a nasty bite on my thigh, and I’m bleeding badly. It won’t be long before I die of blood loss.
Those things are outside, trying to claw their way in. I am not letting them get to me. I am setting the ship to self-destruct.
This is Captain Edna Warren, and this is my last entry.
That day the police had their switchboards jammed with dozens of people who said they had witnessed, either seeing or hearing, a terrible accident on the A3, just ten meters from the Burpham, Guildford junction.
The officers who intervened found no recent signs of accidents until they came to explore the sides of the road.
About twenty meters away from the point where the evidence of an accident had been heard and seen, an old crimson Vauxhall Astra was found fallen into a deep ditch nose first and practically invisible from the road.
The vehicle was visibly damaged, peeling and rusty, inside the car was the now decomposed and unrecognizable corpse of a 21-year-old boy named Christopher Brian Chandler, wanted for robbery since July 16 of that year and dead at that point for five months.
It is still unclear how it was possible that the motorists that day witnessed and reported an accident that had happened months before and had gone unnoticed until that moment.

How do you differentiate genuine criticism of China from anti-China propaganda?
This is incredibly easy. The people who criticise you just have to ask them one question:
How do you know?
This question is apparently far too difficult for many westerners to answer. But I can summarise them into several broad categories:
- They have personal experience
- They know vicariously from a second or third hand source.
- They know somebody who is from China.
- They’re outright racists.
They have personal experience
This is variable, in that a holiday isn’t a representative experience, working there for maybe a year or two might be representative if you don’t live in a bubble. I mean shit Hong Kong has a foreigner bubble.
You go to North Point or the Mid levels and it’s all white people. The funny thing is apparently us living in China know FAR less about China than those living outside, funny that isn’t it?
The other aspect of this is oh I lived in China X years ago. There are people like Arni Highfield who talks about 1980s Hong Kong as if it is relevant to today (he literally lived in a bubble so sees things very differently). This of course is not limited to non Chinese.
Consider Fei Fei Wang, she’s an American, she lived in Beijing until she was at least 20. She left China 20 years ago.
She owned a car in 1990s Beijing, which already propels her to the upper upper class and not an ordinary person. China also changes really fast I mean really fast. My friend who spent time out of China due to covid came back to Guangzhou and noticed numerous buildings that weren’t there when he left.
So not all experience is equal.
