Posting Guidelines on Metallicman

Ok, here’s my notes on the fundamentals on posting on MM.

Introduction

You will need to go to https://wordpress.org/

Download the wordpress editor. Then once it is installed, you will need to log into Metallicman using the name and password I gave you.

Identity

All your posts must have a title that begins with your “handle”.  For instance, for “daegonmagus”. Thus you would have articles that would read like this…

• Daegonmagus – Communication techniques
• Daegonmagus – Embracing the spiritual realm
• Daegonmagus – A personal story

Ending

All posts must end with this “cut and paste” “stuff. Just cut and paste into the visual portion of the editor.

You’ll not find any big banners or popups here talking about cookies and privacy notices. There are no ads on this site (aside from the hosting ads – a necessary evil). Featured image

You must have a featured image. Try to use something around 1000 wide by 500 high in general.

Writing

I find it is easiest to write on MS word, resolve the spelling and grammar mistakes and then copy to the WP editor.

Enormous amounts of text cannot be easily copied. So you will need to perform the cut and past operation multiple times. This should not affect most contributors, but if you have a novel, then this is the work around.

Editor

Use mostly the default paragraph setting.

For quotes and highlights use the “preformatted” setting. Never use the quotation setting. It just looks awful on this particular theme.

Spellcheck and Grammer

If you use MS word to edit your text before you post to WordPress, your work will be much easier. WordPress has a terrible editor. Never the less, you should use Grammerly on top of everything.

Themes

We do not change the theme. That is the MM identity.

Sentence structure.

Be generous with periods. No long sentences if you can avoid it.

An analysis of reader behavior indicates that most readers don’t read long sentences. They just “jump over them”, and thus skim over the entire paragraph.

If you want people to actually slow down and read what you wrote, you need to break up all your sentences.

Paragraphs

Be generous with paragraphs.

Try to keep the paragraphs under three sentences long. Reading long paragraphs on electronic media is stressful to the eyes. You need to break them down to smaller, easier to read paragraphs.

Bugs in the Forum

When you post your article, the forum will automatically generate a new topic based on the article.

As MM article posts tend to be larger than three sentences, this feature is not desirable. So once I post, I go to the forum and delete that repost on the forum. It keeps things clean and tidy that way.

SEO for Google ranking

When you write your article, you will need to do the assorted SEO stuff. So you to the right hand column, and add the categories, the tags, the etc. etc. And then at the bottom, fill out the SEO stuff. If you do not, your article will not be available on any of the search engines.

I’m getting pretty good at it, but it’s a bunch of work.

Category

Always add / use the category that I have assigned to you personally. You can also add other categories as you desire.

Porn

Please do not post any NSFW or porn on the site.

Racism / Jews

Please avoid any type of racism, or discussions on Jews, or what ever feelings you might have on this issue. MM is designed for a wide and diverse audience.

No Rabbit Holes

The MM site is not a place for conventional “news” and bullshit. To understand what I am referring to, you need to visit this podcast HERE. No “Mad Cow”, “Dangers of 5G”, “Y2K”, “Vaxx” bullshit. There are a hundred million of those sites all parroting the government approved narratives.

Disclaimer

At the top of all your posts, you need to put an introductory disclaimer describing where this information comes from.

Such as

“XXXXX has been in contact with non-physical entities all his life, and this is what they have revealed to him.”

Or,

“YYYYY has accidently discovered zero-point energy, and this is all related to his experiments.”

Or,

“ZZZZZ has been performing Remote Viewing for private industry for over thirty years.”
