Is the war with the evil aliens over???

Hi guys was just wondering what you guys think of this.

This guy alex collier claims he is in contact with a group of blue 5th dimensional ETs that are humans from the andromeda galaxy.

He said that the good aliens have won and removed the evil reptilian and the orion aliens.

One thing I don't get is that I've seen many of his talks on the history of the universe and never once has he mentioned the domain.
